RESERVATION, CANCELLATIONS, DELAY AND CHECK IN
An advance booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of the treatment. A 24-hour cancellation, delay or change notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation is less than 24 hour’s notice, will be incur a 50% penalty charge.
Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive later for you appointment, the treatment time may have to be reduced depending on availability. We appreciate your understanding.
Our spa consultants will be glad to advise you the treatment which may best suit your needs. In order to make an appropriate recommendation, please help us complete our consultation form.
Smoking and drinking of alcohol within the spa is prohibited. Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease, some physical pains or any other medical conditions, are pregnant, allergic to something, are advised to consult their doctors before any spa treatment. Please inform us prior to your treatment.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
We accept cash, debit and major credit cards(Visa, MasterCard). Gift certificates and spa memberships are non-refundable.
